Synopsis:
My Heritage, My Destiny is for people who don't know the meaning or the price of freedom. A young girl and her family struggle to get out of Latvia during WWII, and live as refugees in war torn Germany. Not knowing when or if the next bit of food is coming or where the next bomb will fall, is a test of their endurance. These trials and tribulations contribute to their strength to survive and start life over in America.
